Inspiration lunch – Pay transparency: are you ready for 2026?
Tick, tock, tick, tock. The clock is ticking. EU member states, including Belgium, have until June 7, 2026 to transpose the European directive on compensation transparency. 2026, that’s tomorrow! You too will have to adopt clear salary practices. Waiting until then would not be sound management. The time to start is today. But how do you go about it? Axelle Peeters, an expert in the field of pay transparency and fairness, will shed light on all the issues at stake and provide us with avenues for action, by brainstorming with participants in a co-development approach centered on their respective corporate realities. Founder of My Next Step, she is a member of the Pay Transparency Alliance, a European coalition of companies committed to meeting the challenges of pay transparency.
